Bespoke workplace well-being workshops guided by Holly, a psychologist and breath work facilitator. This starts with Holly listening to you, your organisations unique challenges and their desired outcome. Holly uses her expertise to tailor workplace wellbeing initiatives. This is a powerful space for reflection, an opportunity to increase awareness of stress versus burnout and empower colleagues to cope with stress through psychological tools and nervous system regulation. All of which reduce the costs (individual and organisational) associated with burn out, absenteeism and high staff turnover.

Group or 1-1 breath work facilitation. Tap into the para-sympathetic and sympathetic nervous systems with intentional breathing techniques guided by Holly. These evidenced based techniques alongside carefully selected music create a tranquil and safe space to open up, feel and let go of any stored emotion and tension. Leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and with deeper clarity and connection to the self and others.

Nervous System Regulation
Holly is passionate about the transformative power of the breath.
A session typically begins with Holly introducing breath work, her story to discovering the power of conscious breathing and the array of holistic benefits. Holly’s calm presence, evidence based breathing techniques and thoughtfully selected music creates a safe space, where all experiences and feelings are valid and welcome.
A body scan and meditation enables you to connect to the present moment and arrive in the space. We drop out of the chatter of the mind and into the physical body. Through slow, deep, and diaphragmatic breathing, we activate the parasympathetic nervous system.
A session may be followed by an ‘activation phase’ whereby Holly guides you through techniques to feel, accept, and process emotions. Each breath Holly guides is intentional, and can foster a deep sense of:
Calmness, presence and connection (to self, others, collaborative teams)
Increased attention, focus and energy (for engagement, productivity and perceived ability to cope)
Clarity and insight (alignment, motivation and creativity)
These techniques can be taken away - a tool box to use in times of stress, anxiety and overwhelm throughout the working day. Holly is passionate to share the power of going INWARD vs external (caffeine, CBD oils, unproductive sensory stimulation) when faced with the demands of life.
