Bespoke well-being events guided by myself, a mindset coach and breath work facilitator. Corporate seminars and events start with me listening to you - your organisations desired outcome. Group or 1-1 breath work for nervous system regulation. Tap into the para-sympathetic and sympathetic systems with guided, intentional breathing techniques. Holly uses evidenced based techniques alongside carefully selected music to create a safe space to open up, feel and let go of any stored emotions. Breath work
Join Holly for a transformative breath work session. Each session begins with Holly briefly introducing breath work and her story to discovering the power of conscious breathing. Holly’s calm presence, evidence based breathing techniques and thoughtfully selected music creates a safe space, where all experiences and feelings are valid and welcome.
The practice begins with a body scan to help you arrive in the present moment, dropping into the physical body and leaving behind the chatter of the mind. Through slow, deep, and diaphragmatic breathing, your parasympathetic nervous system is activated. This is followed by an activation phase whereby Holly guides you through techniques to feel, accept, and process emotions. Each breath Holly guides you through is intentional, and can foster a sense of deep clarity and insight.
